ENSR's Listening and Guidance Service

Created in 2019, ENSR's Listening and Guidance Service aims to promote the well-being of students and staff—an essential condition for personal development, academic success, and the overall quality of teaching within the school.

Based on the values of confidentiality, empathy, kindness, and respect, this service offers students attentive listening and support focused on developing their emotional, relational, and organizational skills. It encourages reflection, autonomy, and awareness of personal resources and individual resilience.

Each year, the School Counsellor organizes classroom sessions focused on prevention (e.g. bullying, social media use, conflict management, etc.) and the development of personal skills (e.g. emotional regulation, communication, kindness, etc.). She also provides methodology courses at the Gymnase level to help students improve their organization, time management, and study methods—key skills for pursuing higher education.

The Listening and Guidance Service also acts as a liaison with healthcare professionals when necessary and is available to parents who wish to discuss their child’s situation in a confidential and supportive setting.
