General Assembly of April, 30th, 2021
The shareholders of the Ecole Nouvelle de la Suisse Romande SA who wish to participate in the shareholders’ general assembly on April 30th, 2021 will be able to do so only by representation. They are hence invited to print the form (in French) to be downloaded via the link here below, which grants power of attorney. Said form needs to be signed and returned before April 29th, midnight at the latest, either by mail at:
